About this role
**Asia Dynasty Holding Company (Orient Pearl Co., Ltd.)** is currently recruiting **18 Security Guards (Male/Female)** to join our security team at Myeik Branch Office and designated island-based work locations.
Applicants must be between **18 and 50 years old**, physically fit, disciplined, responsible, and willing to perform security duties in accordance with company rules and regulations.
**Salary ranges from MMK 300,000 to MMK 450,000**, with an additional attendance allowance of MMK 50,000 and other applicable employee benefits. Free accommodation and meals will be provided for employees assigned to island-based locations.
**Work Locations:** Myeik Branch Office, Jalan Kun (1), Jalan Kun (2), Zin Yaw Island, Kubo Island, Mali Gyi Island, and Mali Nge Island. Assignments will be based on company operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of company offices, facilities, workplaces, and designated island-based operations.
Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, employees, vehicles, and goods in accordance with company security procedures.
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of assigned areas to identify suspicious activities and potential security risks.
Protect company property, buildings, equipment, and assets against theft, damage, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
Promptly report security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and violations of company regulations to the responsible supervisor.
Maintain accurate daily security logs, incident records, and relevant security documentation.
Respond appropriately to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant personnel according to company emergency and security procedures.
Follow company security policies, assigned duty schedules, and lawful instructions from supervisors and management.
Requirements
Age: Between 18 and 50 years old.
Education: Must have completed or reached middle school level.
Must be physically fit, healthy, and of good character.
Must be disciplined and able to follow company rules, regulations, and security procedures.
Must be willing and able to live and work at designated island-based locations.
Benefits
Salary: MMK 300,000 – 450,000
Attendance Allowance: MMK 50,000
Paid Leave: Employees who have completed one year of service are entitled to one month of fully paid leave.
