About this role
A1 Battery & Service Company, located in Myeik, is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Shop Assistant to support our daily sales and battery service operations.
The main responsibilities include assisting customers with battery sales, organizing and maintaining products, and supporting experienced technicians with battery inspection, installation, and replacement services.
We welcome responsible, enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn and work as part of a team. Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority, but applicants without previous experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with daily battery sales activities.
Help customers with information about battery types, prices, and product specifications.
Assist experienced technicians with battery inspection, installation, and replacement services.
Support the handling, moving, organizing, and checking of battery inventory.
Maintain proper arrangement and storage of batteries, tools, and other shop equipment.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for daily sales and service operations.
Perform other sales and service support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Basic education at middle school level or above.
Interest in sales, customer service, and battery-related technical work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and friendly attitude.
Ability to work well in a team with a responsible and reliable mindset.
Ability to handle and move batteries and related products safely.
Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work diligently.
Previous experience in battery sales or technical service is an advantage.
